DFX is a proud member of Colorado Gives, a program of Community First Foundation. You may give at any time to DFX on their website, or choose to give on Colorado Gives Day, featured annually on the second Tuesday in December. Giving on Colorado Gives Day allows DFX to be eligible for the Incentive Drive. Community First Foundation and FirstBank each contributed $500,000 to create a $1 Million Incentive Fund again for 2016. Whatever proportion DFX receives of the TOTAL donated funds on Colorado Gives Day, will be matched by the Incentive Fund. So, if we receive 10% of the total amount given to all Colorado Gives nonprofits, we receive 10% of the $1 Million Incentive Fund. Help us reach our goal by participating in Colorado Gives Day in December!
DFX is excited to join Partnership for Colorado through Caring Connection in 2016. Partnership for Colorado sponsors yearly Workplace Giving Campaigns. Through the annual Giving Campaign, employee contributions generate millions of dollars for Colorado’s communities, which this year will include Developmental FX. If your workplace has a campaign through Partnership for Colorado, consider an ongoing donation to DFX. If you are interested in joining Partnership for Colorado, contact them at:

Interns & Volunteers!
DFX welcomes students, graduates, professional colleagues, or others who might be interested in shadowing our clinicians, as a volunteer, or in a formal volunteer, or intern capacity through their school program.
We maintain an active volunteer program for those interested in learning more about neurodevelopmental disorders, best practice intervention, or multidisciplinary treatment.
We have active internship postings at:
The University of Colorado-Denver Experiential Learning Center’s InternLink Program – CLICK HERE
Metropolitan State University of Denver’s Applied Learning Center – CLICK HERE
We have also accepted student interns from a variety of other university settings including the University of Denver and the University of Colorado-Boulder. Interns usually volunteer for a quarter or semester, or even longer if they can’t get enough DFX! Our volunteers shadow our clinicians, read literature related to neurodevelopmental disorders, and also provide needed administrative support for our staff.
Our volunteers are integral to the success of our small non-profit. The volunteer program operates because the clinic related hours are matched with administrative duties that comprise a well-rounded volunteer opportunity.
