Family playing on living room floor

DFX offers individualized, multidisciplinary care to children with complex developmental disabilities and/or mental health issues and support to their families. We call this approach therapy that fits. The treatment plan we create for your child and family will be based on the individual child’s needs – we do not take a “cookie cutter approach” to therapy. We are seeing clients in person in our clinic, via telehealth, and in outdoor settings when possible. DFX follows CDC and CDPHE guidelines for in-person care, and will work with you to plan visits as appropriate to the current situation around the pandemic and your family’s health care concerns. We look forward to welcoming you to the DFX Family!

To help your kiddos acclimate to our new location and routines, we’ve created visual schedules that you can review with your child before coming to therapy. Click on the links below to access the appropriate schedule:

Our team has created an Outdoor Play Guide: A Denver Parks and Play Guide to encourage families to spend time outdoors – click here to see the Guide!  We also have a companion volume, a guide to 8 Parks Between Iliff Avenue and Clayton – click here for the 8 Parks Guide. Thank you to Denver CALC and Developmental Pathways for grants to help us create these resources.
