Bryan joined the DFX board in August 2022. Currently, Bryan serves as the Principal at AssuredPartners Colorado, a full-service employee benefits, qualified plan and risk management firm. Prior to merging his firm with AssuredPartners seven years ago, he was the owner and CEO of The Wright Group for 17 years. Bryan has always enjoyed being active in the community, currently serving on the Trinity United Methodist Investment Committee, and past board member for Entrepreneurs’ Organization Colorado, coaching soccer and hockey, past president of SCI Network, ambassador for Mount Saint Vincent Home, past junior board member for Easter Seals Colorado, Budget and Finance Committee at the Denver Athletic Club, and participation on advisory councils for Cigna, United Healthcare, Anthem, and Kaiser.
Originally from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, Bryan considers himself a Coloradan, having moved to Colorado with his family when he was in grade school, lived in Park Hill, attended Manual High School, and graduated from CU in Boulder with an International Economics degree. His studies and professional life have given him the opportunity to live in Australia, Japan, Italy, France, and South Africa. Fortunately, all those roads led back to Denver where he met his future wife Elizabeth in 2003. She was raised in Rochester, N.Y., graduated from Miami of Ohio, and then lived and worked in Atlanta, GA, for 10 years before moving to Denver. They have three sons and live in the Hilltop neighborhood. Torin attends South High School and is on the tennis team there. When he is not on the tennis court, he can be found on the rink playing hockey. Sebastian and Blake are dedicated tennis players, traveling for tournaments about every two weeks, which always makes life interesting for the whole family.
